All timber for our boards is sourced locally from sustainably managed woodlands. All our boards have been treated with 100% food grade mineral oil. When the wood is properly moisturised, it will not absorb bacteria or crack. The penetrating quality of food grade mineral oil brings out the depth of grain in the board and helps prevent drying and cracking.
